This Privacy Policy explains how Good Trouble Labs (“Good Trouble,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use Mido and our websites, products, and services (together, the “Services”).
1. Who we are
Good Trouble Games, Inc., doing business as Good Trouble Labs, is the controller responsible for your personal information under this Policy. If you have questions about it, contact us at privacy@heymido.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information — name, email address, company, role, and credentials you provide when you create an account or contact us.

- Usage data — how you interact with the Services, including pages viewed, features used, and actions taken.
- Device and log data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and timestamps collected automatically.
- Cookies and similar technologies — used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Services;
- Process and analyze the content you submit and return results to you;
- Authenticate users and secure accounts;
- Communicate with you about updates, support, and your account;
- Monitor for fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We do not use your proprietary content to train our AI models, and we do not sell your personal information.
4. Legal bases for processing
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process personal information on the basis of performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Services, your consent (where requested), and compliance with legal obligations.
5. How we share information
We share personal information only as described here:
- Service providers — vendors that host infrastructure, process payments, or support operations, under contracts that require them to protect your data.
- Legal and safety — when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Good Trouble, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, and thereafter only as required to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time.
7. Security
Your data, uploads, and sessions are encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is controlled on a least-privilege basis. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard safeguards.
8. International transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than where you live. When we transfer personal information internationally, we use appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@heymido.com. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
