Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Mido and the related websites, products, and services (the “Services”) provided by Good Trouble Games, Inc., doing business as Good Trouble Labs (“Good Trouble,” “we,” “us”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” refers to both you and that organization.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. The Services
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes. We may update, improve, or change the Services over time, and we may add or remove features at our discretion.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services in violation of any law or third-party right;
- Upload content you do not have the right to submit;
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems;
- Resell or provide the Services to third parties except as permitted; or
- Use the Services to build a competing product or to train a competing model.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to the screenshots, URLs, files, prompts, and other materials you submit (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and analyze Customer Content solely to provide the Services to you. We do not use your proprietary Customer Content to train our AI models.
6. Intellectual property
The Services, including all software, models, and outputs of our analysis (other than your Customer Content), are owned by Good Trouble and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights in the Services.
7. Fees and payment
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and billing terms presented at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated. We may change pricing on a going-forward basis with reasonable notice.
8. Confidentiality
Each party may have access to the other's confidential information and agrees to use it only to perform under these Terms and to protect it with reasonable care.
9. Disclaimers
The Services and their outputs are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Mido's analysis is informational and should not be treated as professional advice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good Trouble will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Good Trouble harmless from claims arising out of your Customer Content or your use of the Services in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Term and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Services. On termination, your right to use the Services ends, and the sections that by their nature should survive will survive.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located there will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited by applicable law.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
